**Warehouse Assistant**

**About the role**:
The SensorFlow team is looking for hourly personnel to occupy our warehouse Assistant role. The role as will be described below will be based on demand and will be fully managed by The Supply Chain team. The working hours will be defined and allocated based on the client or The Installation team’s demand.

**Responsibilities**:

- Preparing and completing warehouse orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)
- Receiving/ Logging and processing warehouse stock products
- Performing warehouse inventory controls and keeping high-quality standards
- Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)
- Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization
- Complete diary logs into inventory
- Report any discrepancies
- Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations
- Good organizational and time management skills
- An experience in a similar role would be preferred
- Attend to goods receiving and delivery
- Working with supply chain to make sure goods arrival to meet customer’s required delivery date
- Ad-hoc tasks may be assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Must have basic knowledge about workplace safety procedures
- Good communication skills in English, spoken & written
- Ability to multi-task and a good team player with a positive attitude
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Good basic knowledge of Microsoft SW (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
