**What the role is**
- The Senior Manager/Manager (Corporate Administration), as part of the Corporate Administration team, manages the office and facility administration in VITAL and enforces the workplace safety standards at the workplace. This role also co-drives a few key organisational-wide initiatives including the Redesign and Renovation of VITAL’s office, the sustenance of VITAL’s Business Continuity Plan (BCP) and the SGSecure Movement.

**What you will be working on**
- Office and Facility Administration:

- You will lead the office administration function and continuously streamline the processes to enhance the efficiency of this function. The office administration function includes procuring and monitoring the inventory and utilisation of office supplies and stationery, the maintenance of office equipment, VITAL’s e-registry mailbox, security clearance and staff directory.
- You will oversee the management of VITAL’s office amenities in MND and also supervise the Managing Agent engaged by VITAL.
- You will implement workplace safety initiatives and enforce workplace safety standards.
- You will co-create and implement a robust record management system and oversee the proper handling of government documents, ensuring that these documents are stored and disposed in a proper manner.
- You will oversee the stock-take and inventory of VITAL’s assets.

Workplace Redesign and Renovation of VITAL’s Office:

- As a member of the Workplace Redesign and Office Renovation Working Committee, you will play a key role in redesigning VITAL’s workplace and co-lead the renovation of VITAL’s main office at MND and some office improvements at another VITAL office site. You will pro-actively engage internal and external stakeholders and manage the project’s contracted vendors.
- You will partner VITAL’s IT team in conceptualising and implementing the IT and communication infrastructure in tandem with VITAL’s future workplace plan.

VITAL’s Business Continuity Plan & SGSecure Movement:

- As a member of VITAL’s Business Continuity Plan (BCP) Working Committee, you will co-drive VITAL’s BCP efforts at the workplace.
- You will review the VITAL BCP Framework in partnership with the respective stakeholders in VITAL and conduct table-top exercises to simulate the various scenarios.
- You will drive the SGSecure Movement by heightening awareness of the Movement and equipping all VITAL officers to be prepared citizens

- Relevant experience in office administration, facility management, renovation projects and BCP implementation.
- Knowledge and experience in procurement and contract management.
- Competent in stakeholder engagement and project management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to perceive issues holistically and yet continue to be meticulous and detail-oriented.
- A team player as well as an independent performer when required.
- Able to multi-task and have a positive “can do” mind-set.
