This position reports to the Head of Finance to support mainly in the area of Commission and Vendor payments. The Finance Analyst will also assist in Accounts Receivable Management, month-end closing of accounts and analysis work. Infinitum Financial Advisory is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Income Insurance Limited, Singapore’s top composite insurer, and is licensed and regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS).

**Responsibilities**:

- Accounts Receivable and Credit Control such as billing providers on monthly commission and incentive revenue, monitoring the aging and following up on payments.
- Administer the commission and incentives of financial advisors.
- Procurement and Accounts Payable such as conduct due diligence on new vendors and prompt payments to vendors.
- Conduct cost and benefits analysis and post-evaluation on the effectiveness of campaigns/incentives and projects.
- Adhoc assignment and project such as system UAT.

**Requirements**:

- At least a Bachelor's degree or above
- Possess good communication (verbal and written) skills with a strong EQ
- Any eye for details, has a strong analytical mind with good problem-solving skills
