**Position Overview**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Responsible for full set of accounts
- Prepare monthly account reconciliation and schedule
- Perform month end closing in line with group reporting timeline. Ensure timely and accurate accounting entries into accounting system.
- Support in finance ERP implementation
- Assist in annual statutory audit and annual tax returns
- Liaises with all internal and external stakeholders for reports, bankers, external auditors, tax advisors, company secretary, and other statutory bodies to ensure compliance
- Ensure invoices, contracts, expenses and staffs’ reimbursements are reviewed and paid accurately in accordance to the policy
- Maintain good documentation, record keeping and filling system
- Assist in forecasting & budgeting
- General office administrative matters
**Requirements**:
- Graduate with a Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent
- Have at least 3 to 5 years of working experience in handling full set of accounts
- Demonstrate good tax knowledge and IFRS standards
- Good spoken and written communication skills
- Meticulous with an eye for a detail
- Able to work independently and effectively under pressure to meet deadlines
