**Role Overview**:This position is responsible for managing the region's administration of e-shipping invoice processing and work-flow procedures (Singapore & International).

The position works closely with the e-commerce team and the finance team on various scale for a smooth month-end closing and status reporting to head of shipping.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Receiving, Issuing, Reviewing, Inputting, Track & Trace Invoices for approvals
- Defining invoicing data types and maintaining databases (provide weekly updates)
- Managing internal and external requests and queries.
- Uploading and archiving invoice data, as well as filing vendors' contracts (if assigned)
- Verifying shipping rates, duty & tax information (Export, Import & Returns)
- Weekly Statement of Account (SOA), assisting with past due or denied invoices.
- Follow up and investigating slow approvals
- Audit, review, evaluate and rate performance of vendors
- Implementing invoicing procedures (welcome new ideas that enhance efficiency & productivity)
- All other ad hoc duties as assigned

**Ideal Profile/Requirements**:

- Diploma or bachelor's degree in Logistics / Supply Chain Management or related field is preferred
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in invoicing software - Salesforce, SAP, OMS & Concur
- Extensive experience in processing invoices.
- Knowledge of accounting database and record keeping (added advantage)
- Advanced ability to collaborate, manage client requests, and answer queries.
- Ability to review invoices and verify tax information.
- Excellent organizational, communication skills & Good time management with interpersonal skill
