**Job Scope**
- Determine the client’s goals and requirement and prepare detailed AutoCAD drawing.
- To produce either sketch up, reference images or part 3D to attach to 2D drawings for clients sign off/ tender submission/internal checking/external quotation/carpenter briefing.
- Brief internal/external renderer to churn out 3D drawings for submission/ presentation/use in 2D drawings as reference.
- Assist clients in utilizing living spaces by arranging furniture, lighting and other fixtures, create design plans and select colour schemes and styles.
- Source and procure loose furniture and accessories for fitting out and styling works for allocated projects.
- With the support of available internal resources, designer must endeavor to work towards design excellence within available given budget.
- Inspect site, on an as and when basis, to ensure that work progresses according to design intent.
- Schedule deliveries, coordinate installation and accessorize under the soft ID.
- Perform their duties up to the standards expected of a senior professional.
- Be a team player by assisting other colleagues whenever possible

**To be successful in this role, you should**
- Have in-depth knowledge of interior design, styles, good detailing and layout techniques.
- Have experience executing projects from conception to final production, including finding 3D references or producing sketch up or 3D renders to communicate your design intent, as per client’s requirement, purchasing of furnishing and product packaging. Time management and multitasking abilities

**Other Information**
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday (9am - 6pm), Saturday (9am - 1pm) Working Location: Joo Seng Rd, Tai Seng
