**Requirements**:

- Diploma/ Degree in Quantity Surveying, CIVIL Construction Management,
- Must have a minimum of **5 - 15 years of Singapore Civil **Project working experience
- **5 years of relevant Singapore Senior QS **experience preferably in** tendering EPC projects**
- OR with **4 Years of Singapore MRT**, Civil Project Experience.
- Good Spoken / Written English, communication & interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, Autocad Etc

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for claims, variation orders, budget & cost control
- Prepare settlement of final accounts
- Maintenance of project documentation
- Source for quotation for materials and services
- Preparation of subcontractor’s/ supplier’s procurement, agreements, and payments
- Evaluation of price comparison and costing summary
- Cost planning, estimations and measurement of quantities
- Manage Contracts administration
- Handle issues including extension of time, terms and conditions, loss and expenses claim
- ** **Or Tender Team on tendering new projects.**
