Roles & Responsibilities

Safety Coordinator / WSHC

**Responsibilities**
To manage all safety-related programs on-site, brief all workers, and conduct site checking
To manage safety documents for the project(s)
Perform all works which include filing, typing, photocopying, fax, and other works being assigned from time to time.
Maintaining and updating the database
Receiving and checking all incoming correspondence
Dealing with other staff or visitors, on phone or in person.
Review each document for conformity and accuracy
Keep all project safety documents orderly complete and categorized for easy accessibility to specific records and projects
Ensures materials delivery and receipt of all documents by deadlines
Makes sure that controlled copies of the latest approved documents are given to the appropriate staffs
Maintains an updated record of all safety approved documents and their distribution clearly
Generate various document control reports as required

**Requirements**:
Diploma or Degree in Building / Civil Engineering or related discipline
At least 1 to 3 years experience in relevant field
Good interpersonal and communication skills
