**Duties and Responsibilities of a Planning Manager**:

- Reporting to Construction Manager & deputy construction manager.
- Overall responsible for the planning matters of the project
- Preparation of project schedules from scratch, updating and close out.
- Develop and maintain Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS) for the overall project consistent with project scope and reporting structures requirements across project EPCs.
- Preparation of project control procedures, for basic & feed phase.
- Prepare for weekly report & Monthly report and attend weekly meeting & monthly meeting and prepare MOM.
- Other requirement from O/E and SEPCOIII.

Requirements:

- Must possess **min 8 years of planning engineering **experience
- Must possess min 3 years of planning manager experience
- familiar with P6 & EXCEL& Word & MS Project
- have a wealth of knowledge of power plant construction
- Fluent English & Chinese
- Able to start work on short notice will be an advantage
