The senior manager of APAC Marketing is responsible for the overall regional marketing strategy and driving business growth through the strategic field and digital marketing programs. The role should help the brand to build brand awareness and technology thought leadership across APAC, to drive customer-centric industry and solution marketing, to design and execute campaigns and programs that generate quality leads, and move prospects through the sales cycle. The person in this role works collaboratively with sales, business development, the partnership team, product marketing and other marketing teams to co-create strategy and bring it to life.
**Responsibilities**:
- Define marketing strategies and programs that build awareness, acquire net new accounts, and increase customer usage across all segments: Enterprise, SMB, Startups, and Developers.
- Be responsible for targeted industrial & regional marketing: to define customers, and drive account-based marketing initiatives for new logo expansion.
- Plan and deliver demand generation programs, including integrated campaigns, events, digital marketing, and partner marketing programs.
- Work closely with sales leadership and sales operations to identify and track joint goals around potential leads, pipeline revenue, sales opportunities, and conversion.
- work with global marketing teams to customize programs for the APAC geography, understand which internal marketing campaigns and assets to leverage for local account engagement planning
- Track, measure, and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and report results to sales and marketing leadership.
- Define strategy based on market monitoring, operations data and business priorities.
- Strong hands-on ability, able to plan and execute marketing programs independently whenever needed.
- Open-minded and willing to experiment, introducing new approaches to engage customers and prospects in innovative ways.
**Basic Qualifications**:
- 5-8 years of relevant marketing experience, plus experience marketing B2B technology products or services.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, technology, relevant academic background or equivalent experience
- Strong team player with the ability to influence, work cross-functionally, build relationships with key stakeholders and thrive in highly collaborative and fast-paced environments.
- Problem-solver with strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, business acumen and the ability to find creative ways to optimize performance.
- Demonstrated experience working with sales leadership and sales teams in driving pipeline and revenue.
- Proven success managing complex and multi-faceted marketing programs with the ability to drive projects through completion.
- Adept at making resource allocation decisions and tradeoffs to make the appropriate long-term strategic investments while maintaining the short-term delivery of results.
- A career path that demonstrates increasing levels of responsibility and proven success in delivering measurable marketing results.
- Proven knowledge of lead operations, sales and marketing automation tools, such as SFDC, Marketo or HubSpot.
- Willingness to travel in APAC and Internationally
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- MBA preferred
- IT/ Cloud/ Data Tech company’s working experience
- Outstanding communications skills
- Working experience in China or ability to read, speak and write mandarin fluently.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
