**工作职责/Job Reponsibilities：**
参与为境内外企业客户提供一揽子固定收益融资解决方案，业务涵盖境内外债券承销服务（包括境内外信用债和资产证券化产品），以及公募REITs和债务重组等非债券承销业务的财务顾问等。
Participate in providing comprehensive fixed income financing solutions for both domestic and foreign corporate clients, product line covers bond underwriting services (onshore and offshore bonds and asset-backed securities), as well as financial advisory services for publicly traded REITs and debt restructuring, etc.;
1.协助固定收益产品的项目执行和项目材料制作，包括但不限于方案建议、尽职调查、项目实施、风险控制、募集说明书及申报材料的撰写、底稿的编制和归档等；
2.协助与发行人、中介机构和监管机构的沟通、协调等工作；
Assist in communication and coordination with issuers, intermediaries and regulatory authorities;
3.协助存续期内固定收益产品的项目管理和服务工作；
Assist in the project management and after-sales-services of fixed income products during the product existence stage until product maturity;
4.参与监管政策研究、业务动态和市场分析等各类研究工作；
Participate in various research works including regulatory policy research, and market analysis, etc.;
5.根据需求完成其他支持工作。
Complete other support tasks as required.

5.研究生及以上学历，2025届境内外高校应届毕业生（毕业时间不晚于2025年8月，以学位证/教育部留学服务中心认证的毕业时间为准）或离校两年内未就业毕业生；
You must be a postgraduate or above who is a 2025 graduate (the graduation date, as verified by the degree certificate or the Chinese Service Center for Scholarly Exchange (CSCSE), should be no later than August 2025) or a 2023/2024 graduate with no employment record;
6.会计、金融、经济、数学等相关专业，有中金及/或其他头部证券公司固定收益团队实习经历者优先；
Accounting, finance, economics, mathematics and other related majors, internship experience in fixed income team of CICC and/or other top security firms is preferred;
7.具备良好、高效的书面表达能力，熟练使用Word、PPT、Excel等办公软件；
Proficient in writing and in computer software such as Word, PPT and Excel;
8.需通过证券从业资格考试。
You must have passed the securities practitioner qualification examination.
