Part Time Lecturer

Key Responsibilities:

- Preparation and delivery of lectures, tutorials, and discussion sections.
- Supervision and coordination of teaching assistants and tutors.
- Setting of assessment components and marking of examinations.

Qualification and requirement:
Essential selection criteria:

- The attainment of a higher degree (PhD/DPhil/Masters) in Psychology or a related discipline
- Experience and interest in teaching undergraduate psychology students, with a strong and demonstrable commitment to the organization and delivery of teaching, particularly in one or more areas of Personality Psychology, I/O Psychology, Bio-psychology and/or Clinical Psychology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills relevant to teaching and pastoral care
- Willingness and ability to contribute to the overall objectives of the Programme and School, working collaboratively with others

Desirable selection criteria:

- A developing track record of research (e.g. peer-reviewed publications and conference presentations) in Personality Psychology, I/O Psychology, Bio-psychology and/or Clinical Psychology
- Experience of academic administration
