**The Job**
- Work closely with business users to gather, translate and document user and data requirements in BRD
- Provide inputs on source data extraction criteria
- Create Excel macros to execute data validation on Excel data sources
- Provide rules for standardization across multiple data sources
- Write and execute SIT test cases and test scripts.
- Provide support for UAT and PROD implementation

- Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company.

**Our Requirements**
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- At least 5 years’ experience in a business analyst/developer role involved in Data Warehouse projects, ideally for an Insurance company.
- Experience in Excel macros and MySQL scripting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a high performing team environment.
- Preferably have domain knowledge on risk management.
- High level of integrity, takes accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork.
- Takes initiative to improve current state of things and adaptable to embrace new changes.
