The Office of Value-Driven Care is committed to improving healthcare value for patients across the SingHealth Cluster by promoting a Value-Conscious Culture. Our office coordinates Value-Driven Care (VDC) and Value-Based Healthcare (VBH) initiatives, facilitating knowledge sharing and aligning productivity efforts, measurements, and improvements.
We are seeking a Senior/Executive to join our team. In this role, you will support the development and implementation of VDC/VBH strategies across SingHealth institutions. You will work closely with Institution Value Leads and key stakeholders to monitor progress in VDC/VBH implementation. Additionally, you will assist in liaising with the Ministry of Health (MOH) to ensure alignment between SingHealth's VDC efforts and the National VDC initiative.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with at least 2 to 4 years of relevant working experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
- Experience in the healthcare sector would be preferred and will be an added advantage
- Knowledge and experience in data analytics, benchmarking and change management is required
- Knowledge and skill in statistical tools and process improvement methodologies would be an advantage
- A team player, strong collaborator
- Independent worker, possess initiative to complete tasks and projects assigned and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Able to communicate and manage change
- Action-oriented, highly motivated and target-focused
