**職位概述**

負責客房部、娛樂/健康俱樂部和洗衣房（如適用）的日常輪班運作。指導並與員工合作，確保酒店客房、公共空間和員工區域乾淨整潔。完成檢查並安排相關人員負責採取糾正措施。協助確保客人和員工的滿意度，同時維持經營預算。

**教育和經驗要求**
- 高中文憑或高中同等學歷 (GED)；2 年客房部或相關專業領域工作經驗。

或者
- 在經認可的大學取得酒店及餐廳管理、酒店管理、工商管理或相關專業的兩年制學位；不要求工作經驗。

**核心工作活動**

**管理客房部運營**
- 確保及時有效地將客房狀態傳達給前臺。
- 與工程部有效地合作，以滿足客房維護需求。
- 監督酒店的大掃除時間表。
- 取得極待清理客房的清單，以及準備結帳或退房的房號清單，以便準備工作分配。
- 清點庫存，以確保物資充足。
- 監督客房部日常輪班運作，並確保遵守所有客房部政策、標準和程序。
- 協助訂購客房用品、清潔用品和制服。
- 支持並監督所有客房和公共空間的有效檢查計劃。
- 向員工傳達需要關注的方面，並跟進以確保理解。
- 確保所有員工擁有適當的用品、設備和制服。

**管理部門成本**
- 參與管理部門的可控開銷，以實現或超越預算目標。
- 瞭解部門運營對酒店整體財務目標和宗旨的影響，並設法實現或超越預算目標。
- 根據需要掌握預算、經營報表和薪資進度報告，以協助部門的財務管理。

**確保卓越的客戶服務**
- 回應並處理客人的問題和投訴。
- 努力改善服務表現。
- 授權員工提供卓越的客戶服務。
- 在所有部門會議期間強調客人滿意度，並專注於持續的改進。

**開展人力資源活動**
- 根據需要參與員工事故調查。
- 監督人員編制，確保賓客服務、運營需求和財務目標均得以滿足。
- 確保員工瞭解期望和因素。
- 確保酒店政策被公平一致地執行，根據標準和當地運作程序（SOP 和 LSOP）完成懲戒程序和存檔，並支援同事評議流程。
- 觀察員工的服務行為並向個人和/或經理提供回饋。
- 使用所有可用的在職培訓工具，培訓新的客房服務員，並在必要時提供後續培訓。
- 參與員工績效評估流程，並根據需要提供回饋。
- 根據需要協助面試和聘用具備適當技能的團隊成員。
- 支持部門入職培訓計劃，讓員工接受適當的新員工培訓，以成功履行工作職責。
- 參與員工漸進性懲處程序。
