Company is expanding and looking at enthusiastic individual to join the team as Management Trainee (IT Admin).

**Overview of Job Scope (Non Exhaustive)
Manage the company's network, service equipment, daily desktop operations, and IT operation management.

Provide onsite service support, including installation and maintenance of client computer desktops, hard ware, and network equipment.

Debug and troubleshoot the video conference system.

Install, debug, configure, and maintain desktop equipment including desktops, notebooks, printers, video conference systems, and telephones.

Communicate with users to ensure the normal operation of systems.

Manage network and computer room operations, including configuring switches and firewalls

Manage the company's IT assets.

Perform other IT tasks as assigned by the department manager and ensure excellent reporting

Under Training to Admin duties

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science or related fields.
- Familiarity with basic network technology, TCP/IP protocol, skilled configuration of network e quipment such as Fortigate and Cisco, and experience in computer room operation and mainte nance management preferred.
- Proficiency in Windows and Mac OS, experience with common conference room systems and equipment such as Polycom, Cisco, Teams, and AD domain deployment and debugging preferr
- Strong language and communication skills, proactive and adaptable in work, strong learning ability, teamwork spirit, ability to handle pressure, and a strong sense of responsibility and service.
- At Least 1 year of relevant IT desktop support experience, with a preference for system research and development and logical thinking in system research and IT service experience.
- Ability to independently handle common computer hardware and software failures.
- Willingness to undertake occasional business trips and demonstrate a serious and responsible work attitude
- To support counter clerk on daily return and collection transaction.
- Ensure daily EIR and other documents filing are in proper procedure.
- Maintain, update and ensure accuracy of daily movement report.
- Prepare estimates of repair of containers for clients.
- Liaise and pursue with shipping agent’s customer for third party’s liable damage repair cost.
- Prepare repair and other charges invoices.
- Attend & respond promptly to customers’ orders & enquiries.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior.
