**Job Summary**

The SAP Business One Functional Consultant is responsible for providing SAP Business One customers with the highest quality of functional consulting services. Together with the technical and project teams, you will support regional offices to ensure all requirements are achieved and completed. The Consultant will need to conduct the following:

- Business and product consulting in a professional manner
- Uncover new services opportunities within allocated client base
- Involvement in some pre-sales
- Comply to project methodology

**Key Job Responsibilities and Tasks**
- Building confidence that our solution can meet the needs and requirements of the customer.
- Analyse client business requirements and objectives to determine how software can best meet clients’ requirements and objectives.
- Discovery as a means to uncover details of business problems that the prospect has.
- Ensure the successful implementation of SAP Business One solutions including design, configuration, testing, training and integration.
- Manage customer’s expectations and deliverables using project management and applicable implementation methodologies.
- Work as a consulting team member responsible for training clients, testing software modifications, providing client support and consultation and implementing SAP Business One solutions at client sites.
- Troubleshoot, investigate and resolve any issue or problem encountered after implementations
- Provide pre
- or post-support to all SAP Business One customers.
- Ensure timesheets are entered accurately and on no more than a weekly basis.
- Ensure Microchannel standards, methodologies and conventions are complied with.
- To understand and support the goals and strategies of Employer.
- To have a good knowledge of the products and services of Employer.
- Other tasks as deemed appropriate by the company.

**Knowledge, Skills, Education and Abilities**

Personal Skills Required:

- Service oriented and passionate about helping customers
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as the ability to handle technical or business questions from customers confidently
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to focus on achieving results.
- Disciplined, organised, punctual and caring attitude

Software & IT Skills:

- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with SAP Business One
- Detailed understanding of SAP Business One and its architecture
- Excellent MS SQL knowledge
- Good technology and broad IT skills

**Education**
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Computing/IT/Accounting or equivalent professional qualification is mandatory.
- Certified in SAP Business One is preferable.
