**Area of Responsibility**:
Ensure billing is performed timely and accurately in system. Attend to customer’s phone-in enquiries, processing of e-invoice & customer portal submission, processing of customer meter readings report & processing of customer’s contracts.

**Essential Job Functions**:
1. Billing (Manual & SAP).

2. Data entry & verification of data for manual billing & credit adjustment.

3. Data entry of customer meter readings.

4. Preparation of bills, Bill Attachment and reports.

5. Filing, supporting documents findings and checking of meter reading reports.

6. Submission of e-invoice in government & customer portal.

7. Support billing related customer enquiries and coordinate with various departments involved

8. Answering of customer’s phone enquiries.

9. Creation of customer’s contracts.

10. Perform user acceptance test (UAT) on billing interfaces in the Billing Systems.

11. Any other duties assigned by Supervisor & Manager from time to time.

**Requirements**:
1. Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level. Preferably Diploma.

2. Minimum admin duties experience. Preferably billing experience in the printing industry

3. Knowledge in MS Office, especially MS Excel.

4. Knowledge in SAP will be an advantage.

5. Able to work overtime at times & work under pressure.

6. Presentable, hardworking, good attitude and willing to learn.

7. Able to work as a team & respect each other.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

**Salary**: $2,000.00 - $2,500.00 per month
