Director of Finance

**Job Scope**:
- Develop and implement long-term financial strategies aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of accurate financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Lead the budgeting process and develop financial forecasts to guide the organization’s financial decisions and strategy.
- Identify financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring the organization's financial stability and compliance.
- Oversee investment strategies, manage the company’s investment portfolio, and evaluate new investment opportunities.
- Communicate financial performance and strategy to key stakeholders, including the board of directors, investors, and senior management.
- Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and ensuring the development of financial expertise within the team.
**Job Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a senior finance management role for a minimum of 5 years, with expertise across a broad range of finance functions.
