Job Responsibilities:

- Manage a minimum of 6-8 projects concurrently
- Collaborate with the director as a team to manage sales enquiries
- Draft 2D spatial plan layouts
- Prepare BQ quotations
- Source reference material and conduct research to ensure materials and products are suitable
- Coordinate with in-house drafters and 3D team

Job Requirements:

- Relevant working experience in the related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Condo and Landed properties construction
- Proficient in AutoCAD
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Working location: Arumugam Road, Geylang
- Working hours: 5.5 working days per week, Mon-Fri, 10am-6pm; Sat, 10am-2pm
