Meet and greet patients and ensure their needs are met.

Find out and understand the needs of patients and recommend suitable treatments.

Handle simple reconciliation and bookkeeping in case the nurse manager is not around.

Do stock take at the end of every week.

Manage billing, invoicing and checking out of patients.

Perform basic housekeeping.

Answer phone enquiries and manage booking of appointments.

Manage and registration of patients.

Ensure all forms are signed.

Confirm all appointments.

When required, assist the doctor in administering treatments to patients, prepare the patients for treatments.

**Salary**: $2,800.00 - $3,500.00 per month
