Responsibilities_**:

- Design, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges.
- Lead process improvement initiatives using data-driven approaches.
- Develop and maintain documentation for processes, equipment, and systems.
- Provide technical expertise during audits and inspections.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience_**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Bio-chemical, or Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a GMP-regulated environment (for senior engineer grade). Fresh graduate with good honours degree can be considered for junior engineer grade.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred qualification:

- 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or heavy/fine chemical manufacturing industry.
- Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies, and DMAIC problem solving approach
- Experience with process equipment design, operation, troubleshooting, commissioning and qualification
- Knowledge of utility systems such as purified water, compressed air, and HVAC.
