Plan manpower, tools and material resources to ensure daily/weekly goals and targets are met.
- Communicate effectively downward to all shift personnel, to ensure production plans are executed accordingly.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment with housekeeping standards for employees and ensure that they conform to safety rules and production procedures by performing shop floor audits.
- Ensure sufficient training certification and guidance are provided to the line staff.
- Resolves personnel problems by analyzing data, investigating issues, identifying solutions and recommending action.
- Lead and/or participate in lean and continuous initiatives and projects.
- Monitor and collaborate with related stakeholder to improve systems and procedures by analyzing operating practices, and implementing changes.
- Maintain and participate in improvement of production key indices such as cycle time, machine / manpower utilization, productivity.
- Assist on ad-hoc tasks as required by superior

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum NITEC / ITE / Diploma in Engineering / Manufacturing or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year supervisory experiences in manufacturing environment
- Must be able to work in 12 hours shift (day or night depending on the needs)
- Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in semiconductor and cleanroom manufacturing environment is a plus
- Preferably proficient in Excel and Powerpoint
