We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a **UHNW Solutions Group Specialist - Global Private Banking.**

**Principal Responsibilities**
- Work with regional UHNW Solutions team to deliver tailored and bespoke solutions to this important client segment
- Build close partnership with UHNW relationship managers and investment counsellors to deliver relevant investing, hedging, and financing cross asset ideas for our clients
- Identify each UHNW client’s unique needs and design solutions addressing that special situation
- Engage other product desks and support groups within the private bank to streamline the product development and approval process at the platform
- Leverage the expertise and resources of our Global Markets division to deliver innovative solutions to our UHNW clients
- Assist with identifying and supporting appropriate transactions elsewhere in the GPB population base
- Ensure adequate tracking and reporting of sales, oversee activity management
- Evolve robust governance and risk management structures as appropriate
Requirements
- Be a self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset to drive and win business
- Have extensive trading or solutions experience from other highly regarded investment banks or private banks
- Proficient in building creative investment, hedging and financing ideas across asset classes
- Able to strategize and prioritize work plans with strong business vision
- Team player who is able to frequently exchange ideas with other team members and colleagues
- Knowledgeable about business, regulatory and market issues, able to identify gaps in current policies and procedures
- Decision maker, capable of providing judgment and clear direction within the established framework
- Proven ability to manage and resolve conflict while striking the right balance between operational risks and business results
