**Roles & Responsibilities**

**The Role**

**Job Summary**
- Ensure daily operations happen smoothly on a day to day basis
- Assisting customers with product location, selection, availability and pricing
- Knowledgeable about market trends and all our products offered
- Driving the store's sales and service performance
- Ensuring a seamless in-store customer experience and overseeing the order fulfillment processes for customers in store
- Managing the point-of-sale processes. and maintaining proper accountability of cash registers
- Ensuring accurate inventory management
- Promoting current sales and promotions to customers
- Driving the store's sales and service performance.
- Work closely with cross functional team members (growth, branding, operations)

**Requirements**:

- Friendly, energetic and courteous approach to customers and colleagues
- You are resourceful, driven, and are able to multi-task and manage store operations effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage and assist customers with their needs
- A performance-driven professional that drives sales and achieves results for the business
- Very organized and attention to details
- Hard working and able to work under little supervision
- Energized and always inspired to make the workplace fun
- Must be able to work on a flexible schedule and commit retail hours to meet the needs of the business, which include weekend shifts and public holidays
- Highly organized and motivated, a team player and fast learner
