**Responsibilities**:

- Welcome guest in a warm and friendly mannerProvide excellent customer service and satisfaction
- Perform day to day pre-opening and closing activities as per standard
- Ensure and comply to service SOPs
- Other duties as assigned by Manager

**Requirements**:

- Excellent service attitude
- Outgoing personality and able to work in a high-standard environment with the team
- Able to work shifts including weekends and public holidays.
- Highly customer service oriented
- Good command of spoken English
- Experienced in service operations in a (formal) restaurant with minimum of
- 1 years of experience
- Wine knowledge or experience in wine service will be favorable considered
