**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales and Business Development**:

- Promote and sell air management solutions to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in healthcare facilities.
- Achieve revenue targets and contribute to the growth of the company.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date updates of sales activities and project details.

**Technical Expertise**:

- Utilize knowledge of HVAC systems and mechanical engineering to articulate the technical aspects of our solutions.
- Assess customer sites and provide technical expertise to ensure optimal placement and functionality of infection control equipment.
- Oversee the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of equipment.

**Customer Support**:

- Conduct training sessions for healthcare facility staff on the proper use and maintenance of our infection control equipment.
- Provide ongoing support to customers, addressing questions and concerns related to product performance.

**Overseas Support**:

- Be prepared to travel as required to support overseas market operations.
- Adapt to different cultural and business practices while representing the company in international markets.

**Required Capabilities**:

- Minimum Diploma in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Background in facility management, i.e., at least 1 year of experience working with HVAC systems, would be an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills and communication to discuss technical details in English and Chinese.
- High level of motivation and discipline, particularly in a start-up environment.
- Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting abilities.
- Those with no prior experience in sales are welcome to apply.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally to support operations.
