**What you’ll do**:

- Perform cGMP manufacturing activities, including cell culture, aseptic processing, viral transduction, and harvest operations.
- Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment such as incubators, centrifuges, biosafety cabinets, and bioreactors.
- Execute batch records, SOPs, and work instructions accurately to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Monitor critical process parameters and perform in-process sampling and testing.
- Maintain cleanroom standards by performing routine cleaning and adhering to strict gowning requirements.
- Perform inventory management for raw materials and equipment consumables.
- Participate in deviation investigations, change control activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support equipment maintenance and calibration activities.

**What we’re looking for**:

- Degree or diploma in Biotechnology, Biological Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in a GMP manufacturing environment preferred; fresh graduates passionate about CGT are also encouraged to apply.
- Strong understanding of aseptic techniques and cleanroom operations.
- Knowledge of Cell Therapy, Gene Therapy, or Biologics manufacturing is an advantage.
- **Ability to work on a rotating 12-hour shift schedule.**:
