Toppan Security Systems is aggressively expanding its Security Software and Services (SSS) Division to enhance its business edge and to pursue exciting emerging opportunities in the market place:

- Multi Modal Biometrics (face, fingerprint, iris)
- Key Installation Protection (military bases, army camps, protected buildings, secured facilities)
- Vehicle Access Clearance (2FA, biometric authentication, vehicle barrier booms, digital I/O, relays, industrial automation, various types of sensors)
- Personal Access Clearance (autogates, turnstiles, registration kiosks, biometric authentication, visitor registration systems, people counting and tailgating detection)
- Border Management including Automated Gates/Kiosks
- Mobile Digital ID

The Job:

- Identify project scope and objectives clearly for project kick-off meetings
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget
- Plan and manage project delivery, including resource coordination, both internally and from external 3rd party vendors
- Manage changes and risks in project, mitigating or eliminating them
- Manage relationships with customers and 3rdparty vendors involved in project delivery
- Adhere to guidelines and processes from Toppan Operations Manual (TOM) while running projects
- Provide project status reports to customers and internal management at regular intervals (usually monthly) during Project Implementation
- Create Microsoft Project Plan, Excel sheets, Word documents and Powerpoint slides when required in the course of running projects
- Monitor project performance and identify areas of improvement
- Ensure that Health and Safety Regulations and Policies are complied with
- Perform other related duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Engineering with good knowledge in IT Technology or related discipline
- 1-3 years of experience in project management
- Good communication skills, especially in managing customers
- Good project reporting and documentation skills
- Good aptitude in problem solving
- Good knowledge of system security Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Test (VAPT) processes
- Familiar with MS Project and good project organizational abilities
- Reliable, flexible and adaptable to situations
- Possess a Project Management Professional (PMP)/PRINCE II certification/proficient in biometrics devices will be an added advantage
