Grocery Logistics Singapore (GLS) a wholly owned subsidiary of FairPrice Group Supply Chain, is a well-established logistics player in the Fast Moving Consumers Goods (FMCG) segment, incorporated since January 1993. Other than being the key logistics provider for NTUC FairPrice and its subsidiaries, we had serviced the Dairy Farm Group, Royal Ahold Group (since exited from Singapore Markets) and many small supermarket chains since our establishment.

DESIGNATION : Supervisor

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Follow and adhere to work processes and standard operating procedures in performing day-to-day tasks
- Handle all outbound/inbound customer billings and services information. Escalate to relevant stakeholders for follow-up actions
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate billings to customers
- Assist with administrative role including but not limited to answer calls, despatch documents to various department when requested, purchase stationery for office usage and consolidate staff claims
- Assist with receptionist work

QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma/O-level certificate in any field
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Sharp in spotting discrepancy
- Able to work independently and in a systematic manner
- Comfortable dealing with numbers and the processing of financial information
- Comfortable in communicating to people
