Keppel FM & IM is a premier asset manager in Asia, and it is the asset management arm of Keppel Corporation Limited. With assets under management of approximately S$50 billion, Keppel FM & IM has a diversified portfolio that includes real estate, infrastructure and data centre properties in key global markets. The Keppel DC REIT, the first data centre real estate investment trust listed in Asia, invests in a diversified portfolio of incoming-producing real estate assets used primarily for data centre purposes, as well as real estate and assets that support the digital economy. The intern will be responsible in the following: - Collaborate with the finance team and/or shared service providers to ensure timely delivery and accuracy of monthly reporting and accounts. - Assist in group consolidation and quarterly reporting for Keppel DC REIT, including results release to SGX and annual report. - Preparation of materials for reporting to Keppel Corporation Group and Keppel DC REIT Audit Committee. - Assist in Keppel DC REIT Group’s annual budgeting process, analysis of variances. - Assist the team with XBRL submissions for financial statements of the subsidiaries. Learning Outcomes: - Exposure to a listed REIT vehicle with investments into data centres. - Develop greater understanding of the REIT industry. - Develop and understanding of the Financial and Management reporting process of a REIT.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Undergraduate pursuing a degree in accountancy. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint. - Possesses strong analytical skills and attention to detail. - Strong motivation and willingness to learn new software.
