**Summary**:
**Role-based responsibilities**:

- Floor-walking the Trade-floor
- Assist Traders on the trade-floor during migration/upgrade

Key responsibilities:

- Provide technical support and maintenance for the trade floor, ensuring mínimal downtime and optimal

performance.
- Manage and execute endpoint migration projects, including planning, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with traders, IT teams, and other stakeholders to understand and address technical needs

and issues.
- Maintain and update documentation related to trade floor systems and endpoint migrations.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic Intune-related problems, including connectivity issues and device

compliance.
- Support Trading floor IT solutions and experience of working with devices and apps like Bloomberg,

Reuters, etc.

smartphones, and printers.
- Manage end to end projects such as Win OS upgrade, Windows update rollout and software updates via

SCCM/Software Centre/Intune

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Trade Floor Engineer or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of trade floor operations and technologies.
- Provide first-level support for Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot-related issues
- Collaborate with other IT support teams to escalate and resolve more complex issues.
- Proficient in Windows operating systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Mandatory project management experience
- Strong understanding of Break-Fix, Service Requests, IMAC, Incident, Problem, Configuration

management and processes within ITIL.
- Strong understanding and skills in SLA, KPI Management
- Preparation of IT Knowledge documents & SOPs on EUC and FSO processes and technical support.
- Highlight Risks, Issues and action logs with management and seek sign offs.
- Work closely with Support teams and our Third Party Partners and manage service provided and

relationships.
- Should have knowledge on MS Office and Microsoft project
- Taking ownership of issues through to resolution on all appropriate incidents & requests.

Pay: $3,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
