Driver Office Driver

We are looking for company driver as well as attending to our CEO's family if needed and attending to any requested office errands and handling of VIPs.
**Your duties include**:
- Ensuring all the vehicles are cleaned regularly, have sufficient fuel, cashcards, are topped up and that the vehicles are in good conditions and functioning
- To identify electrical and mechanical problems that may hinder smooth working of the car and to send the vehicle for inspection and collection
- To assist the persons in their day-to-day schedules and requests and to convey the assigned persons as instructed
- Safely and timely drive the persons to work and back, and to occasions, and to safely drive their relatives, visitors, business partners and associates to and from places authorized by the employer
- To know the roads well, to be updated regular. Consider different routes, check climate and traffic reports to decide the best time to travel and the best route to take
- To keep a travel log of which car is used by yourself and from which time, along with recording locations, keeping an address book, writing down the over-time hours and any accidents or incidents that occur
- Expected to render other services to the persons assigned to aside the traditional driving duties and responsibilities, such as driving and maintaining the cars
- To perform some menial office tasks like arrangement, or to be assigned to office related work assignments and schedules
- To be flexible with working overtime and during public holidays
**Requirements**:
- Experienced personal / office drivers
- Class 3 License
- Vocational License
Preferably have experience working with and handling van, luxury cars, vocational license is an added plus
