**About Role**
As a Product Manager on our Innovation Tech Tribe, you will be spearheading projects and initiatives to optimize our existing CRMs, and to grow LingoAce’s portfolio of innovative products regionally. Reporting directly to the Head of Product (Innovation), you will work closely with commercial leaders and cross functional teams across our global business (SEA, China, North America and Europe) to manage the strategic development of the product, go-to-market strategies for the countries we operate or launching in, and overall commercialization of the product.
**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for CRM product roadmap and feature development for the Commercial team globally.
- Define and design product structure that governs leads generation and process automation to help business manage customers more efficiently, improve customer experience and to allow tracking performances more effectively.
- Drive and deliver workstreams to grow a portfolio of innovative EdTech products (i.e. Ace Chinese Books, Ace Early Learning, Blended Learning, and other partnership products).
- Partner closely with commercial leaders and key business stakeholders to align product and growth strategies.
**Requirements**:
- 3-5 years of product management experience in a tech business. Start up experience is a plus.
- Have a strategic and inquisitive mind to resolve product and business challenges and innovate solutions to drive product-led growth.
- Have excellent customer centricity and empathy. Able to think from our customers’ perspective to design the best product experience.
- Proven ability to work and collaborate with regional teams to tackle region specific pain points.
- Data enthusiast - strong advocate of using data analytics to make data-driven decisions.
- Bilingual in English and Chinese is preferred.
