The mission of the Data Platform Singapore Business Partnering (DPSG BP) team is to empower the TikTok Business with data. Our goal is to build a Data Warehouse that can cater to batch and streaming data, Data Products that provide useful information to build efficient data metrics & dashboards which will be used to make smarter business decisions to support business growth. As a Principal Data Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing data solutions that align with our business needs.

You will play a pivotal role in our data-driven decision-making process, leveraging your skills in data science, data engineering, and data products to provide comprehensive solutions.

**What you'll do**:

- Design and implement end-to-end data solutions, from data processing and analytics to visualization.
- Collaborate with various teams to understand their data needs and develop solutions accordingly.
- Develop and maintain data pipelines, ensuring data quality, accessibility and security.
- Design and implement data solutions within the context of the internet industry, specifically in areas such as user growth, live operations, recommendation systems, or commercialization.
- Visualise, interpret, and report data findings and may create dynamic data reports as well.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor or Masters degree in Statistics, Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent practical experience
- At least 5 years of industrial experience as a Data Scientist, Data Analyst, Data Product Manager, Data Solution Consultant or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of data architecture, data modeling, and data visualization techniques.
- Proficiency in data analytics tools and programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, etc.
- Experience with data engineering tools and platforms such as Hadoop, Spark, etc.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to translate business needs into data solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders
