**Role and duties**:
- Manage multiple social media accounts across various platforms
- Analyze trends, algorithm, and workflow to optimize engagement
- Ideation of new business strategies and solutions
- Handle clients and customers interactions
- Come up with content ideas
- Plan social media content calendar
- Provide presentations and pitch new proposals
- Liaise with vendors and other related personnels to see through processes
- Follow-up closely with potential clients, customers, and vendors
- Consistent review and management of current account holders/clients
- Participate in organizing events, campaigns, and other marketing efforts and ensure there are documentation/content created from any evennts and campaigns
