We are looking to hire a **HR executive **to support our HR operations in Singapore with the following responsibilities:
**Responsibilities**:
**Employee Records**
- Detailed database of consultants for three countries - Creation, Management, Maintenance
- Records must be up-to date, accessible to other teams on SharePoint.
**Employee Relations (Consultants)**
- Connect on a daily/need basis with consultants across three countries and manage conversation tracking on excel sheets on SharePoint.
- Record and maintain official discussions on an excel sheet on SharePoint to keep SDM Updated.
- Inform, consult internal SDM Manager to address through SDM regarding concerns, issues, grievances.
- Set up advance appointments for SDM with respect to Monthly/Quarterly applicable appraisals.
**Immigration**
- EP & DP Applications/Renewals on the portal
- Document Maintenance
- Budget to finance
- EP & DP renewal alerts in calendar
**HR Operations**
- Onboarding Process ownership - Induction
- Entry to Exit ( exit interview)
- Payroll inputs
- Sharing Offer/Appointment and all other letters/NDA
- Employee Data Management in tool
- Rewards and recognitions
- Reimbursements records
- Medical Insurance input
**Short Term Projects**
- Office Related search
- Other administrative work
**Job Requirements**:
- At least 3-5 years of HR administration / generalist experience will be required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Excel, Word and Power Point.
- Experience handling employee relations in countries outside of Singapore will be an advantage
- Past HR experience in a consultancy firm will be an advantage
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Able to work in a team and independently
