Working hours: Monday - Friday (8.30AM to 6.00PM / 9.00AM to 6.30PM)

Working locations: Central.

Salary up to $ 10500

**Responsibilities**:

- Functional Business Analyst who can double up as PM for projects under Retail Customer Assisted Channels.
- Perform Capability Assessment, Analyze, Define and document the “To-Be” operational capabilities in line with the strategic direction.
- Identify and document the opportunity for Digital Servicing, Productivity improvements using Lean principles/straight through processing and Data Driven Actionable Insights
- Collaborate with BU Specialists to elicit and review business requirements.
- Responsible to analyze and define detailed functional and non-functional requirements based on business requirements.
- Identify value based & outcome driven requirements and manage risks through prioritization.
- Write business functional release notes and contribute to deployment plan.
- Clarify test findings escalated by Test Manager and classify the findings accordingly (either as a defect or change request)
- Work hand in hand with Business Project Managers and Technical Delivery Managers to manage stakeholders and relationships.
- Manage the overall Programmed risk profile, track risk/issue aging, work-through escalations, change governance and related issues. Implement the risk mitigation / issue resolution plans.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering/ business/ finance or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Retail Banking Operations/Contact Centre
- Strong quantitative, analytical, problem solving and process design skills that can translate analysis into solutions that meet business objectives.
- Broad understanding of technology and operational processes across functions - Deposits, Loans, Wealth Management.
- Familiar with change management processes and project management fundamentals
- Well versed in Digital Servicing Transformation, Customer Journey Mapping, Value Stream Mapping
- Retail product knowledge e.g. CASA, Loans (Secured/Unsecured), Wealth & Investment.
- Nice to have: Knowledge of Enterprise Workflow Management System; Lean/Six Sigma process re-engineering skills; Getting actionable insights using data
