**Responsibilities / 职责**:
- Before a class - Prepare for the lesson
课前 - 准备课程
- During a class - Deliver the lesson well
课堂中 - 有条理地传授课程
- After a class - Mark & return all assignments & worksheets
- 课后 - 批改并还所有作业和练习册
**What we need / 我们需要**:
- Be very passionate in teaching
对教学非常热情
- Have a liking & heart for kids
喜欢并关心孩子们
至少拥有大学文凭，或教育文凭（多年全职导师经验者也可以申请）
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience
至少 2 年教学经验
