Keppel Land is the property arm of Keppel Corporation, one of Singapore's flagship multinational companies with a global footprint in more than 20 countries. As a multi-faceted property company, Keppel Land provides innovative real estate solutions with its sterling portfolio of award-winning residential developments, investment-grade commercial properties and integrated townships.
The new i12 Katong, Keppel Land’s wholly-owned retail mall, has just celebrated its grand opening, following major asset enhancement works that commenced in early 2020. The Marcom department's key roles are to drive traffic and shopper spending in the mall.
The intern will be responsible in:
1. Develop marketing strategies, from the proposal of concepts, to budgeting, planning and executing Marcom campaigns for the mall.
2. Liaise and work closely with external vendors such as event companies, tenants, contractors, advertising agencies, to ensure successful execution of projects and events.
3. Liaise and work closely with external partners to form strategic partnerships and collaborations.
4. Liaise and work closely with tenants for promotions and events to promote the mall.
5. Assist in all Marcom projects such as development of smartphone app, loyalty program, website and more.
6. Development of social media content and community management.
7. Assist in the department’s administrative work such as issuing purchase orders, processing invoices, following up on Licence Agreements.
8. Manage and prepare marketing materials/content such as website, signages.
9. Manage enquiries pertaining casual leasing (advertising and event space).
10. Assist in preparing reports.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. Creative, able to think out of the box and propose innovative ideas.
2. Savvy and well versed in the digital eco system.
3. Good communication skills and able to work independently, with mínimal supervision.
4. Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
5. Basic knowledge in using software such as Canva.
