Bike Marshal

**About Redcomm**:
**Job Scope**:

- Ride a bicycle along designated event routes to monitor event participants and address safety concerns.
- Maintain clear communication with race control, fellow bike marshals, and other event staff.
- Provide assistance and information to event participants as needed.
- Promptly respond to incidents and emergencies, alerting race control and medical team when necessary.
- Working hours ranging from 4am to 11am on Sundays. Hourly rate ranges from $10 to $15/hour based on experience.

**Requirements**:

- Able to work on Sunday mornings within the 4am to 11am range (hours may vary based on event schedules)
- Own a well-maintained and road-worthy bicycle, and proficient in cycling through varied terrains.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and able to remain calm and effective under pressure.
- Punctuality in reporting time and completing assigned tasks.
- Strong team player and currently based in Singapore. Knowledge of basic first aid and understanding of radio communications etiquette are advantageous.
