The Demand Planner - AMEA Snacks is responsible for driving the demand planning process (demand consolidation and analytics) and sales MIS for the BU. The role holder will act as a key interface between markets and the business unit stakeholders to ensure accurate reporting of the demand forecast and sales MIS. Accountable for providing monthly consolidated report on various markets to the Business Unit.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited, to:_**
**Drive Demand process**
- By leading the demand review process, work together with counterparts to share and review the monthly KSOP demand submissions to ensure correct upload in SAP APO for planning & reporting
- Drive on-time monthly KSOP R1 and R2 demand submissions to business stakeholders and monthly forecast submission to US team for imports
- Provide visibility on the actual sales and forecast outlook for the markets
- Provide key insights on the demand forecast outlook and support the preparation of monthly KSOP deck for executive KSOP meeting
- Drive standardization of demand planning KPIs calculation and reporting in-line with the global team guidelines
**Sales MIS reporting**
- Provide visibility on the MTD actuals sales to business stakeholders by working closely with counterparts to ensure effective tracking of the business delivery targets
**New Product Developments**
- Work closely with the Innovation planning & supply planning team to get the new SKU included in demand submission templates to ensure demand is systemized in SAP for planning and reporting
**Other duties**:

- Provide reporting on KPI’s and others as needed.
- Organize and Maintaining reports in shared portal for reviews
- Documentation Support for few Markets working with Finance team
- Assist team on ad-hoc analysis and projects as required.

Skills, experience & attributes sought:_**
- Bachelors’ degree preferably with a major in Supply Chain management, Engineering or equivalent
- 2 - 3 years’ experience in Supply Chain, Demand / Supply Planning and/or reporting functions
- Proficiency in data analysis using Excel and hands on user experience in SAP ECC/APO systems
- Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
- Ability to build strong working relationships across multiple markets and within Business Unit.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Sense of urgency and ability on navigating ambiguity
- A team player with a curiosity for learning and strong drive for results
- High level of attention to detail
- Proficiency in Macros, data analytics tools like Tableau etc, preferred
