**Descriptions**:
- Ensure workplaces/worksites are compliance in accordance to QESH/ WSHE Acts and Standards
- Oversee the Workplace / Worksite Environment, Safety and Health matters
- Plan, organise and administer all periodical/scheduled WSH/ QESH inspections, briefing, mass toolbox meeting, safety audit, etc
- Promote WSHE/ QESH awareness and organise safety trainings and campaigns for the Company
- Review, justify and approve Company and project risk analysis and assessment
- Assist in establishing, implementing, reviewing & continuous improving of WSH/ QESH management systems and practices of the Company
- Monitor and ensure compliance of QESH policies and procedures, best practices and documented
- Liaise with relevant authorities on WSHE/ QESH matters
- WSHE/ QESH incident reporting and investigation and recommend corrective and preventive measures according to Policies and Procedures
- Upkeeping & ensure accuracy of PPE inventory
- Administer, prepare, implement and safe-keep of WSHE/ QESH system and documentations in accordance with prevailing legislation and Company QESH requirements
- Prepare and conduct internal WSHE/ QESH Audit
- Prepare for external WSHE/ QESH audits, assist to facilitate external relevant audits
- Support Operations team on site WSHE/ QESH operations in ensuring WSHE/ QESH documentation and information are compliance and complete prior to work commencement
- Ensure updated information on relevant changes in WSHE/QESH Safety matters
- Partner with other functional heads for WSHE/ QESH improvements, efficiencies and productivities
- Oversee and rectify operations teams’ discipline and attendance
- Continuously observe, review and suggest safe work practices/ procedures
- Supervise WSHCs
**Requirements**:
- Minimum Specialist Diploma in Workplace Safety & Health
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Construction or Engineering industy
- Registered WSHO
- 5 years WSHE/ QESH experience in relevant industries
- In-depth knowledge of WSHE legal regulations and requirements
