- Support the development and successful implementation of health literacy and prevention initiatives for various target audiences such schools, specified/targeted groups in the community and community partners
- Collaborate with different community stakeholders like schools, grassroots and social services agencies etc. to introduce pilot programmes/initiatives to promote healthy living.
- Assist to formulate/implement strategies and plans (including pilot projects) to administer and facilitate community and outreach-related programmes/activities and engagement of partners to create self-supported ecosystems in the community
- Work closely with both internal and external (clinical and non-clinical) stakeholders to develop/improve workflows and processes of the team’s Business-As-Usual operations/programmes.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators and dashboards for the team’s Business-As-Usual operations/programmes. Collect, analyse and report data/info required for administrative, planning and management decision making purposes.
- Provide support in the preparation, planning, tracking and review of the team’s budget.
- Provide administrative and secretariat duties for department and assigned committee meetings. Duties include (but are not limited to) minutes taking, circulation of agendas/reports/approved minutes and follow through of agreed actions.
- Perform ad-hoc duties as and when assigned/required.

Job Requirements
- Possess a recognised degree in any discipline with at least 3 to 4 years of working experience preferred
- Prior working experience in community setting will be an added advantage.
- Proficient in full suite of Microsoft Office tools - Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint
- Possess strong communication and project management skills in managing multiple stakeholders and various tasks/projects concurrently with specific timelines
- Enjoy working in a fast paced and dynamic environment both independently and as a team player
