**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Supervise Modeler / Technical Co-ordinator / Architect and prepare drawings for Architectural project
- Ensure accuracy of models / drawings are in accordance with BIM standards and Project BIM workflow criteria / checklist.
- Ensure all productions are completed on schedule in accordance with Project’s timeline.
- Report regularly to Project Architect on the progress of work.
- Experience in detail design documentation,
- Well-versed in Singapore BCA BIM e-submission process, requirements and guidelines compliances to authorities, BIM execution plan and standards
- Involvement in building project with team of modellers, architects and engineers

**Requirements**:

- Degree/Diploma in Architecture or other relevant discipline
- Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience
- BCA Academy’s Specialist Diploma in BIM and BIM Modeling, an advantage
- Proficient in Revit (BIM), Naviswork, AutoCad and familiar with Authority submission process and procedure
- Able to do detailing and tender documentation drawings
- Experience in document control and communications platforms for technical coordination
- Experience in detail design documentation, compliances to authorities, BIM execution plan and standards
- Experience in large projects and work with multi-disciplinary team
