Job Description: Senior Java Developer with WebLogic and NCS iConnect Framework Experience

Position: Senior Developer

Experience: 10+ years

**Responsibilities**:
As a Senior Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions that meet the needs of our clients and contribute to the success of our projects. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Architecture and Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design efficient and scalable software architectures that align with project goals.

Code Reviews: Conduct code reviews for junior developers, offering constructive feedback and guidance to improve code quality and consistency.

Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, architecture diagrams, and usage guides.

Mentorship: Serve as a mentor to junior developers, sharing your expertise and fostering their professional growth.

Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continually enhance your skills and knowledge.

**Requirements**:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred).

Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Java programming language and related frameworks.

Extensive experience with WebLogic administration, configuration, and troubleshooting.

Deep understanding of NCS iConnect Framework and its implementation.

Solid knowledge of software design principles, design patterns, and architectural best practices.

Experience with database design and integration.

Familiarity with agile development methodologies.

Soft Skills:
Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Leadership qualities and the ability to guide and mentor junior team members.

Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
