[What the role is]

You will play an integral part in the planning and leasing of commercial facilities within NParks. The job will require you to work with various stakeholders as well as marketing agents to secure tenants in the parks.

**[What you will be working on]**

You will be responsible for the positioning of portfolios under your care to ensure synergy with the branding of the park as well as determining the tenant mix for your assigned portfolios. As part of your responsibilities, you are also expected to work with Park Managers to develop good-fit businesses so as to inject vibrancy and visitorship of the parks.

**[What we are looking for]**
- Preferably with more than 3 years of relevant working experience in Business Development, Property Leasing and/or Marketing
- Good team player with strong leasing and properties management skills and business development capabilities
- Possess good written and oral communications skills
- Possess good interpersonal skills and able to work in a fast paced environment
- Willing to work on weekends and after office hours
