Responsibilities
- Prepare and modify schematic, detailed and production drawings
- Develop solutions to technical & design issues.
- Prepare shop drawings for use on site and for consultant approval.
- Attend and run weekly coordination meetings.
- Monitoring and reviewing of each system designs in order to meet the customer requirement.
- Help to resolve issues between MEP services and architecture and structure models.
- Competent in Microsoft office and proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, BIM Revit
- Prepare 2D and 3D presentations / design drawings for vertical transportation structural design
- Compile data and performs elementary designs from Supply Lines and edit to customers’ needs.
- Handle any other ad-hoc duties and tasks assigned

**Requirements**:

- Min 6 months of relevant working experience using BIM and AutoCAD.
- Possess a NITEC/Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical or related discipline preferred).
- With BIM Mechanical & Electrical for Revit Certification.
- With Autodesk/AutoCAD Certificate.
- Those without experience but with relevant qualifications and knowledge in BIM and BIM related software will be considered.
