**Who are we looking for**

We're looking for a highly motivated, data-driven Trader to join our team and lead the execution of liquidity strategies across our markets. This role blends quantitative trading, algorithmic marketing, and market intelligence, ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of finance, data science, and Web3 ecosystems.

**Here's how you'll be contributing**:

- Actively manage the exchange’s liquidity by designing and executing algorithmic trading strategies.
- Monitor order books, spreads, slippage, and inventory risks across listed tokens to ensure healthy market depth.
- Work with growth and product teams to improve and adapt trading bots and optimize algorithmic marketing strategies that drive volume and user engagement.
- Conduct in-depth research into competitor exchanges, tokenomics models, and liquidity programs in the Web3 space.
- Track macro trends, regulatory updates, and emerging narratives across DeFi, CeFi, and TradFi to inform trading and growth strategies.
- Prepare data-backed reports to support listing decisions, token partnerships, and treasury strategy.
- Provide feedback on UI/UX, feature design, and data tools from a trader's perspective.

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of experience in trading (crypto, FX, equities, or commodities) or algorithmic strategy roles.
- Solid grasp of liquidity mechanics, market-making, and exchange dynamics (order types, depth, AMMs, etc.)
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a creative mindset for strategy design.
- Sound knowledge of DEXs, CEXs, or DeFi protocols.
