The position is based in Singapore. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, Southeast Asia. The VM and Store Experience Manager, Southeast Asia will project lead and manage all store & digital initiatives for the retail banner. Partner with the Head of Marketing to support the unique needs and diverse nature of the region from an organizational, brand and consumer perspective. Challenge status quo by localising, executing, and optimising the global strategy within the region.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Collaborate with Corporate Brand manager team and local product team to implement FD campaigns considering local market needs from a brand, product, and elevated execution standpoint to maximise exposure and sellout
- prepare project briefs for corporate brand, VM and digital teams, brief VM specialist when files ready for execution, prepare project recaps for corporate Marketing team.

Propose and develop local store/ product story elevations together with digital touchpoints, deliver rich and attractive executions that inspire customers to discover, learn about, and buy our products.

Lead, coach and develop cross functional understanding of VM to ensure executional compliance. Custodian of merchandising principles ensuring clear, concise merchandising guidelines/ instructions and seamless execution.

Implement training programs/ train
- the
- trainer sessions in collaboration with training team to improve organizational competencies in VM to continuously drive high standards of presentation.

Partner with Store Design and Business Development team to ensure standardisation and continue to elevate the overall store experience for easier navigation.

First line of support for field questions and needs related to store experience and VM

Responsible for special projects/ layouts & simulations and renderings, optimization of communication points. Solutions to Ad hoc VM challenges.

Responsible for developing and delivering, in collaboration with the product team, brand adjacencies and guidelines for all stores.

Maintain a master database of stores, props, fixtures mapped to each store to ensure efficiency and effective way of management.

Working closely with corporate VM and store experience teams to develop & implement brand and visual a for all stores, including new store openings, renovations, and special projects.

Design and implement brand elevated concepts both in and outside of the store, working with vendors to source and produce necessary visuals and props.

Planning & management of VM budget including management and recap of chargebacks

**Formal qualifications/certification required**:
Required
- Marketing Degree /Diploma DTP/ Design
- InDesign, photoshop, Adobe

**Years of experience required**:
Must have successfully operated in a quality global retail business for at least 2years

Strong experience and success in Trade Marketing/Retail Visual Merchandising

Retail industry experience is essential
